High Score update

Added a high score board by request.
- New in postjam2b: Fixed web version hanging when trying to write high score.
Added new scoring opportunities and some enemies are worth more points. This raises the scoring potential to over 500000 points.
Added the in-game instruction booklet to desktop and web versions.
- New in postjam2b: Closable with Esc as well as Fire button. Fixed a possible issue with pages showing out of order when viewing a second time.
Added a list of extra life score values to the in-game instruction booklet.
New in postjam2c: Fixed issue introduced in postjam2a, where you could be instant killed without fair warning by the second boss appearing.
